SHIPPING WINDOW BY MONTH:

• CURRENT SHIP WINDOW ARE ALL ORDERS PLACED DURING THE LISTED MONTHS : 

MARCH 2020 : 2-6 weeks due to high volume orders 

APRIL 2020 & Forward : 

ITEMS LISTED AS READY MADE will ship 3-4 BUS days/ All custom requests & orders with styles not listed READY MADE or READY SHIP will ship within 2-3 weeks.

JUNE - FEB 2020  :  6- 10 Weeks processing due to the passing of my mother. Thank you for your understanding at this time. 

• Fabric restocks will take 2 weeks from the restock date to complete your order 

• Tracking information will be sent to the original email provided. 

RETURNS: 

• We take returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Please check our size guide before you place your order. We do not accept size exchanges. You will need to return the item for store credit and re purchase the size exchange. This is because everything is made in limited quantity and may not be in stock. All items are handmade and there are NO REFUNDS. We do NOT cover return shipping, return shipping is at the expense of the customer. 

• Sample Sales and any order placed with a promo code or store credit are FINAL SALE. NO STORE CREDIT

• Salt the Soul is not responsible for any lost or stolen items that are marked “delivered” to Address by USPS. Address changes are not guaranteed & a refund can not be issued if your address changes.
