SALT THE SOUL IS A HANDMADE SWIMWEAR BRAND  

SHIPPING WINDOW BY MONTH:

• CURRENT SHIP WINDOW ARE ALL ORDERS PLACED DURING THE LISTED MONTHS : 

 ALL ORDERS PLACED AUGUST 2021- DECEMBER 2021 WILL TAKE UP TO  8-16 weeks TO SHIP DUE TO HIGH SEASON 

JANUARY 2022 - AUGUST 2022 ALL ORDERS WILL TAKE UP TO 11 WEEKS TO SHIP 

ITEMS LISTED AS READY MADE will ship 1-2 weeks please expect orders to take up to one week to arrive after tracking numbers are received due to Covid 19 precautions through my shipping couriers. 

• Fabric restocks will take 2 weeks from the restock date to complete your order 

• Tracking information will be sent to the original email provided. 

RETURNS: Because each item is handmade-  

• We take returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Please check our size guide before you place your order. We do NOT accept size exchanges. You will need to return the item for store credit and re purchase the size exchange. This is because everything is made in limited quantity and may not be in stock. All items are handmade and there are NO REFUNDS. We do NOT cover return shipping, return shipping is at the expense of the customer. 

• Sample Sales and any order placed with a promo code or store credit are FINAL SALE. NO STORE CREDIT

• Salt the Soul is not responsible for any lost or stolen items that are marked “delivered” to Address by USPS. Address changes are not guaranteed & a refund can not be issued if your address changes or is undeliverable by USPS.
